"I’m going to go through those stitching plates and also see if I can get left handed people to test mirror images or alternative ways to hold items." This is great!!! As a leftie, I know a lot of us are just used to "translating" in our head, or just make due with using our "stupid" hand, but it's nice that someone is actually asking. :D I learned a lot by mirroring, and it's how I teach as well if someone asks me to show them something. Such an easy thing to do, sit across rather than side by side, but you'd be amazed ( or not?) at how many don't do that. Of course, having tools that work with the hand helps, I do everything left handed but use scissors. They didn't have any when I was little, so now when I try to use left handed scissors it's awful and doesn't work. :/
